/> <strong>Cooking Time:</strong> 15 Mins</p><p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p><p>1 Large Onion (Chunkily Chopped)<br
/> 1 tin of Chopped Tomatoes<br
/> 1 Green Chilli (chopped in rings with seeds removed)<br
/> 3 Tbs Mango Chutney<br
/> 4 Chicken Breasts<br
/> 2 Medium Size Eating Apples<br
/> 1 Tsp Garam Masala<br
/> 1/2 Tsp Hot Chilli Powder (increase to make hotter)<br
/> 1/2 cup or water<br
/> 1 Tsp Cooking/Vegetable Oil<br
/> Salt and Pepper to taste</p><p><strong>Instructions:</strong></p><ol><li>Heat Oil in a Balti dish or low sided pan</li><li>Fry Onions for 2 minutes</li><li>Poor in tin of tomatoes (Be careful as oil may spit), water and Mango Chutney and heat until simmering</li><li>Put diced chicken breasts into the pan, you can keep them whole for something different</li><li>Stir in the Green Chilli, Garam Masala and the Chilli Powder and simmer for 10 minutes</li><li>Add the apple and simmer for a further 2 minutes</li><li>Season with salt and pepper to taste</li></ol><p><strong>Serve With:</strong><br
