Second Kitchen Fitted In Less Than A Month

This weekend I have fitted the second kitchen this month! The first at our home in our kitchen orangery extension, and the second in one of our other properties that we are getting ready for sale. We were looking for a higher end ‘off the shelf’ kitchen for this property, clean, stylish and functional. We …

Orangery Extension Part 17: First Fix Electrics Finished And Ready For Plaster Boarding

IMG_4544

The first fix electrics in the Orangery Kitchen Extension has now been finished, it was a bigger job than we first thought mainly due to the number of lighting zones, switches and the basic configuration of the Orangery roof which means that to get anywhere you have to go all the way round the edge, …

Orangery Extension Part 15: Floor Laid

IMG_4439

Conservatec have been back today to finish off the rest of the outstanding parts of their work. They re-did some of the fiberglass as there was a small leak and covered the roof with its final cover, finished off the fascia and guttering and sealed the doors. Frustratingly they still have some finishing off tomorrow… …
