Blogger.com Internet Explorer 9 Bug

It seems there is a bug in Blogger.com with IE9 meaning that you can not click the publish button. I wonder if anyone else has found this? Is this another example of poor quality developers who simply discount Internet Explorer because ‘it doesn’t fit to the standards. Poor show Google.
